Copper Beech Care are different to established Domiciliary Care Providers and we believe that our unique attitude is that we care about our people. We believe that the Health and Social Care Sector can provide reward fulfilling and successful careers for our people and as such operate with this ethos very much at the forefront of all that we do. 

The company has a track-record of developing our own internal-talent whether this be in the provision of care whereby people can develop along a rewarding and beneficial career-path. Or within our support-departments such as HR, Marketing and Finance.

The company also believes in creating rewarding apprenticeships and works with a number of training providers to provide “Advanced Level” Apprenticeship schemes within Health and Social Care and Business Support Functions.

Copper Beech Care recognise that those within the Health and Social Care Sector deserve better working practices and seek to promote this wherever they can. The company were one of the first company’s to recognise that the practice of having all Care Assistants on Zero-Hours contracts was not necessary within the Sector and as such provides contracted guaranteed hours of employment to any employee who wishes to do so. This ensures that financial and job-security is gained through working with the company.

Copper Beech Care also recognises that the Domiciliary Care Industry and the world-of-work is changing and is committed to developing flexible-working practices and using IT Software to allow for Care Staff to access documentation, policies and procedures and process requests for time off all via their smartphone or other device.

We also offer ongoing professional development for all those who embark upon careers with us. We will support you to gain Level 2 – 5 QCF qualifications in Business Administration or Health and Social Care dependent on your job role. Copper Beech Care have experience of gaining people qualifications up to Level 5 (Degree-Level Equivalent) whilst working within the company.

We also promote employees to develop functional skills in Maths, English and IT.
